Writing A Thesis
-make sure to completely answer the prompt just with the thesis
-answer the hidden "so what" question
-the rest of the paper should "prove" the thesis
-try to avoid a thesis that lends itself to a "basic" technique structured paper
instead try to create one that will work well with a claim based structure
-spend five minutes just analyzing the prompt and forming the thesis
-break down the prompt to Understand ALL the goals
-remember to follow ALL the directions or you will only be able to get a three
at the highest, this includes the goals
